These terms govern use of moderndaymarketing.io and our services.

Services. Service scope, pricing and terms are confirmed in writing before any work begins.

Ad spend. Advertising spend is paid directly to the advertising platform and is separate from our fees.

No guarantees. Marketing results depend on many factors outside our control. We do not guarantee leads, rankings or revenue.

Ownership. Creative, landing pages and data produced for a client belong to the client as described in the service agreement.
